RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days to request a return starting from when you receive the item.
Items received more than 14 calendar days after the date of receipt may not be returned. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original product packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at service@protyouth.com to confirm and start a return. We will provide you the return address by this customer service email. However, you shall be responsible for shipping expenses.
Please be advised that you should always first request a return by sending an email to service@protyouth.com before sending to-be-returned items back to us.

CANCELLATION
At ProtYouth, all orders are processed promptly to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check your order details, including shipping address and selected products, before completing your purchase.
If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, you may apply for a return and refund within 14 days of delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
